【Abstract】 The effects of the composition of nickel brush plating solution on the properties of bath and deposits were investigated in the present paper. The results show that the ratio of /is a key parameter which determines the performance of bath solution and the deposits. Adding a reasonable amount of tri-ammonium citrate (50～70g/L)is useful, but it is harmful if the concentration of tri-ammonium citrate is more than 100g/L.更多还原
