工艺参数对Ni-纳米La2O3复合电沉积的影响
Effects of Process Parameters on Composite Electrodeposition of Ni-nano-La2O3
【摘要】 在氨基磺酸镍镀液中加入La2O3纳米颗粒,制备了Ni 纳米La2O3复合镀层。利用正交试验法研究了微粒悬浮量、电流密度、搅拌速度、温度等工艺参数对复合电沉积的影响,并用扫描电子显微镜对复合镀层的表面形貌进行了分析。结果表明,La2O3颗粒悬浮量对复合镀层La2O3共沉积量的影响最大;复合镀层中La2O3颗粒共沉积量越大、电流密度越小,其表面越平整、组织越致密。
【Abstract】 Ni-nano-La2O3 composite coatings were obtained by electrodeposition from a nickel sulfamate solution consisting of La2O3 nanoparticles.The effects of process parameters,such as La2O3 content in the electrolyte,current density,stirring speed,and temperature,on the composite electrodeposition of Ni-nano-La2O3 were studied by orthogonal experiments.The surface of the composite coatings was observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The results show that the codeposited-La2O3 content in the composite coatings is markedly affected by the La2O3 particle concentration in the electrolyte.Furthermore,the Ni-nano-La2O3 composite coating is compact and uniform,with a smooth surface,under the condition of a relatively high the codeposited-La2O3 content and a low current density.
