【摘要】 以镀层中分散相的含量作为评价标准,通过正交试验确定出了Ni α Al2O3纳米复合电镀的最佳工艺条件。讨论了各因素影响镀层中纳米粉体含量的规律,采用扫描电镜对镀层的微观形貌进行了观察,并对在最佳工艺条件下制得的纳米复合镀层的硬度与同操作条件下制得的基础镍镀层进行了比较。结果表明:对镀层中纳米粉体的含量影响较大的因素为镀液中分散相浓度和通气搅拌强度,但对镀层的微观形貌影响较大的因素为电流密度;纳米复合镀层的显微硬度明显高于基础镍镀层。

【Abstract】 Optimal process of nano-composite deposit was identified by orthogonal test in which nano-powder content in deposit was used as evaluation standard.Effect rules of all factors on nano-powder content in deposit were also discussed.In addition,microstructure of plating was studied by SEM.Results showed that factors of affecting nano-powder content in deposit apparently were nano-powder content in plating solution and strength of aeraion stir.,but factor of affecting microstructure of plating was current density.
