一种摩擦表面自修复技术的应用效果及分析

【摘要】 对由国外引进的一种摩擦表面再生剂进行了使用后的表面性能测试,显示出摩擦表面的硬度显著提高,表面粗糙度大幅下降,磨损尺寸明显得到修复,展现出了对摩擦表面的自修复功能。在汽车发动机、电厂水泵、煤气压缩机和炼油厂减速器等机件上的试用表明,该摩擦表面再生剂具有降低油耗、减少振动、降低噪音、延长使用寿命和节省维修费用等诸多效果,并能提高轻武器子弹的初速和射击精度。

【Abstract】 The properties of friction surface self-repaired by the regeneration technique imported from abroad were studied. Both the micro-hardness of surface, and surface roughness were improved remarkably, especially the worn surface was well repaired. The widespread applications in industries like automobile engines, power plants pumps, gas compressors, gearboxes and so on, showed that this regeneration technique of frictional surface could decrease oil consumption and noise, prolong the service life of machines and save the maintenance cost of equipment, as well as enhance the firing precision of guns barrels.
