金属磨损自修复材料的功能特点和应用前景

【摘要】 概述了金属磨损自修复材料的功能特点和技术指标,介绍了它在工业几个重要行业中的应用效果并展望了该项技术在各个领域中的应用前景。指出金属磨损自修复材料(ART)是一项具有革命性的表面工程新技术,可以应用于任何一种存在摩擦的机械设备。应用这项技术不仅能预防机件磨损,还能动态地自动修复处于长期运转中的机器磨损表面,大幅度延长设备的使用寿命。

【Abstract】 This paper simply describes the functional characteristics of the metallic auto restoration materials and its technical specifications, introduces its applications in some important areas of industry and highlights the application prospect in many areas. It points out that metallic auto restoration materials is a novel and revolutionary surface engineering technique, which could be applied to any machinery equipment undertaking friction and wear. Such technique can not only be used to prevent wear of machine parts, but also to dynamically auto-repair worn surface of the long-term running machine parts which greatly extends service life of the equipment.
