高掺量赤泥—粉煤灰微晶玻璃研究
Study on Glass-Ceramics Mostly Made from Red Mud and Fly Ash
【摘要】 赤泥是氧化铝生产中排放的碱性废渣 ,粉煤灰是燃煤电厂排放的高SiO2 含量废渣。综合利用两种废渣制备高性能的微晶玻璃材料 ,控制SiO2 含量在 31%~ 4 4% ,CaO含量在 2 5 %~31% ,两种废渣总吃渣量能够达到 90wt %以上 ,具有显著经济效益和环境效益
【Abstract】 Red mud is a kind of waste alkali slag from the production of Al2O3. Fly ash, containing a large amount of SiO2, is the common industrial waste powder from coal-combustion power plant. Glass-ceramic with high quality has been made from the mixture of both the industrial solid wastes. The SiO2 content of the glass-ceramic is 31%-44%(in wt), and the amount of CaO is 25%-31%(in wt). The results show that the addition amount of both the industrial solid wastes is above 90wt%, which promises prominent economic benefits and environmental benefits.
