黄麻纤维增强聚丙烯的力学性能

【摘要】 本文讨论了注塑成型黄麻纤维增强聚丙烯的制备方法和力学性能。将纤维重量含量分别为 10 %、2 0 %和 30 %的复合材料进行比较 ,分析纤维含量对复合材料拉伸、弯曲和冲击性能的影响 ;将纤维分别切成约 3mm、5mm和 10mm长制成复合材料进行比较 ,分析纤维长度对复合材料拉伸、弯曲和冲击性能的影响。掺入黄麻纤维能使聚丙烯的拉伸和弯曲性能提高 ,但使其冲击强度降低 ;随纤维含量的增加或纤维长度的增加 ,复合材料的强度和模量是递增的 ,而冲击强度是递减的。

【Abstract】 In this paper mechanical behaviors of jute fiber reinforced polypropylene composite prepared by injection molding are studied. The tensile strength, flexural and impact strength of samples with different fiber contents are investigated by comparing three kinds of composites with fiber contents of 10,20 and 30wt%. The tensile strength, flexural and impact strength of samples with different fiber length are also investigated by comparing three kinds of composites with fibers chopped approximately to 3mm, 5mm and 10mm in length. The results show that the tensile and flexural properties are improved to some extent after jute fibers added, as compared to pure polypropylene, while its impact strength is lower. The flexural strength and moduli of composites increase with fiber content increasing, but the impact strength decreases. The flexural strength and moduli of composites increase with the increase of the fiber length, but the impact strength decreases.
