财务管理目标与企业资本结构优化
The Objective of Financial Management and the Optimization of Enterprise Capital Structure
【摘要】 讨论了财务管理最优目标、企业价值最大化、资本结构优化的关系,分析了资本结构优化应考虑的基本原则和主要因素。
【Abstract】 This paper discusses the relationship between the optimal objective of financial management, the maximization of enterprise value, and the optimization of the capital structure; and meanwhile it analyses the basic principles and main factors for optimizing the capital structure.
