论国际经贸与商务环境下的跨文化沟通

【摘要】 国际经贸与商务活动开展必须依靠跨文化沟通来实现。跨文化沟通往往会受到不同的文化差异因素的阻碍。这些文化差异包括语言文字、思维方式、价值观念、法律规范、风俗习惯等因素。要进行有效的跨文化的沟通,应采取适当的沟通途径,克服文化差异的不利因素,加强理解和融合。

【Abstract】 International economy and business activities must be carried out by means of cross-cultural communication. However, cross-cultural communication, to a large extent, comes across barriers from people of different cultures due to such different cultural factors as language, thinking mode, value, law, and custom. To communicate effectively with people from different cultures, those who engage themselves in international economy and business should choose appropriate communication channels and overcome the cultural barriers, and also manage to enhance mutual understanding. This way, cross-cultural communication activities can be carried out effectively and international economy and business activities can be carried out smoothly.
