【摘要】 选择什么样的市场结构,直接影响到我国反垄断法原则的确立以至具体制度的设计。垄断与竞争都有利有弊,我们应当按照"效率优先"的原则,取其利而去其弊,根据我国国情,在垄断与竞争之间寻找最佳结合点,进行最优选择。由于寡头垄断的市场结构没有必然地排斥、限制竞争,没有必然减少社会福利,我国应当尽快建立以寡头垄断市场结构为主、其他市场结构为补充的市场结构模式,以迅速发展我国的规模经济、提高经济效率,并增强企业的国际竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The choice of the　market structure directly affects the principle of China’s anti-monopoly law and further affects the design of the specific system. Both "monopoly" and "competition" have their own strong and weak points. We should hold their strong points and discard their weak ones according to the principle of "giving priority to efficiency". We should also seek the best combination between them and "make the best choice" based on China’s domestic condition.Since the market of oligopoly does not necessarily exclude and constrict competition or decrease social welfare,in order to develop our large-scaled economy rapidly, raise the economic efficiency and beef up international competitiveness of Chinese enterprises ,China should, as soon as possible,build a market structure pattern with oligopoly market structure as its main body and others as its complement.更多还原
