【Abstract】 Compared to traditional organization forms, supply chain alliance’s performance evaluation has its characteristics in the e-commerce age. The authors analyze the shortcomings of the traditional performance evaluation scheme in the supply chain alliance performance evaluation,discuss its characteristics based on e-commerce and analyze the alliance’s performance principles of the index system.
