【Abstract】 The continuous development of supply chain manage ment has increasingly drawn much attention from managerial personnel and researc hers. Under the E-commerce environment, participating into a supply chain cooper ative alliance is the most important strategy for business enterprises to get the competitive advantage. In this paper, starting with the discussion of the basic E-commerce construction of business enterprises, we study the information sharing problem among supply chain business enterprises, and then we put forward the Extranet based framework of supply chain cooperative alliance and study its connotation, characteristics and advantage according to this system frame.更多还原
