【Abstract】 Billing system is one of the most important parts in the NGI(next generation Internet) module. In this module, BSP(billing service provider) take the role that is specially different from what they do now. Based on these reports, the characteristics and the relation between the services are analysed, and the billing parameters, the elementary factor are introduced. Then the service-faced billing system architecture model and the data and information interfaces in the model are provided. Besides this, the (main) workflow and the design of the key modules are also given. Finally, a prototype designed and implemented under NGI Conditions.更多还原
