SS和SOO作用对4A2(3d3)态离子零场分裂的影响
Effect of SS and SOO interactions on zero field splitting parameter for 4 A2(3d3) state ion
【摘要】 考虑了SS(Spin-Spin)作用和SOO(Spin-Other-Orbit)作用,采用完全对角化方法,通过对Al2O3∶Cr3+和ZnAl2O4∶Cr3+晶体零场分裂(ZFS)参量D的计算,研究了SS和SOO作用对4A2(3d3)态离子零场分裂的影响。结果表明,在研究4A2(3d3)态离子零场分裂时,SS和SOO作用不可忽略;同时,对不同晶体SS和SOO作用对D的贡献大小是不同的,贡献大小由旋轨耦合参量大小决定。
【Abstract】 By using the full energy matrices, the zero field splitting(ZFS) parameter D for Al2O3∶Cr3+ and ZnAl2O4∶Cr3+ crystal, taking into account spin-spin(SS) interaction and spin-other-orbit(SOO) interaction, have been studied.The contribution to the ZFS arising from SS interaction is appreciable and cannot be omitted; SS and SOO interactions effect on ZFS parameter, the effect varies on different crystals, and the effect is attributed to spin-orbit(SO) coupling parameter ζd.
