【摘要】 根据足球运动的特点,研制出一套培养足球意识的方案。经过1学年实验班与对照班的实验比较,结果表明:无论是学生的思维敏捷性、判断力、应变能力,还是行动的合理性、配合的整体性,实验班都明显优于对照班。该方案不仅适用于普通高校足球选项课教学,而且对常规足球教学的改革具有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper puts forward a set of plans to cultivate students’ football consciousness based on the characters of football. After the 1-year comparison between the experimental class and the contrast class, it’s found that the students in the experimental class are better in agility, judgment, reaction, reasonability of action, and coordination than those in the contrast class. The plan is not only suitable for the selective course teaching in the ordinary colleges and universities but also can serve as a reference for the reform on conventional football teaching.更多还原
