【Abstract】 By using the methods of literature review, expert interview etc., this paper analyzes the present conditions of the P.E. specialty in teachers’ colleges and the tendency in the demand for talented personnel of the P.E. specialty in our country. It holds that the effective ways for the P.E. specialty in teachers colleges to improve its competitive powers and to achieve its self-development are to improve the quality and levels of the P.E. teachers training; to reinforce the relation with the P.E. in schools; to expand the specialty to diversify the training objectives; to stabilize and improve the existing teaching staff and to perfect various teaching facilities.更多还原
