【Abstract】 On the basis of summarizing the basic concept of selecting potential swimming talents, the paper sums up the relevant index in selecting young swimmers and the present status of talent selection home and abroad. It’s held that it’s necessary to sort out and analyze the selecting statistics in China which has been carried out in recent years for the purposes of studying and understanding the characters of index in selecting young swimming athletes. It’s also vital to seek the opinion of the coaches at the grassroots level, explore the index which are sensitive to the selection of young athletes so as to offer reliable and effective references for coaches and sports workers.更多还原
