【Abstract】 At present all the universities attached great importance to apply science and research projects. Basically speaking, projects obtainment was regarded as an important standard of evaluating comprehensive capacity, scientific ability and scientific management of a university. Hence, based on the status quo of Beijing sport university, it discussed several aspects as followed: cultivating intelligence, establishing incentive methods to develop creativity, enhancing administers’ quality and helping them to apply for science projects.更多还原
