【摘要】 运用文献资料法、调查法 ,对我国的排球职业化改革进行了回顾 ,分析了职业化改革所取得的主要成效与存在的主要问题。结论认为 ,目前我国排球的职来化改革中存在的主要有赛制和俱乐部建设两大方面的问题。要使排球职业化改革走向深入 ,必须明确各俱乐部的产权关系 ,加强俱乐部的宏观管理 ,培养球市 ,加大后备排球人才的培养力度 ,提高联赛整体水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 By means of literature review and investigation, the professional reform on Chinese volleyball is reviewed and main achievements and problems in the reform are analyzed. The conclusion is that there are two main problems in the competition system and club construction in the professional reform in Chinese volleyball. In order to deepen the professional reform, the relationship of property rights of the clubs should be made clear; macroscopic management should be strengthened; more volleyball markets should be opened; more elite volleyball reservoir players should be cultivated; the overall level of the league should be enhanced.更多还原
