【Abstract】 In 2002, the Chinese Football Association decided the rankings in circulating competitions by drawing lots in a row, which exposed obvious defects in the practice. The paper gave a thorough analysis of the problems of and limit in the circulating competitions. Some suggestions were also put forward to solve the problems.更多还原
