400m跑速度规律及训练手段的生理学分析
The Physiological Analysis of Velocity Law and Training Methods in the 400-Meter Race
【摘要】 为揭示 4 0 0m跑速度规律的生理学实质 ,采用动态分析方法对参加第 6、7两届世界田径锦标赛男子4 0 0m决赛运动员的速度参数进行分析。研究结果表明 4 0 0m跑从起跑加速 ,达到最大速度后又逐渐降低的统计学规律实质上反映了能量供应方式从磷酸原系统、糖酵解系统到动用有氧氧化系统的转变过程。提高4 0 0m跑的运动成绩的关键是合理利用ATP -CP系统的供能能力 ,最大限度地延长糖酵解系统供能的时间 ,尽量减小有氧供能的比例 ,使 4 0 0m跑真正成为无氧供能的运动项目。
【Abstract】 In order to reveal the physiological essence of the velocity law in the 400-meter race, the dynamic analytical method is adopted to analyze the parame ters of men athletes whotook part in the finals in the 6th and 7th World Athlet ics Tournament. The results indicate that the statistics rule that in a 400-meter race, from athletes starting, acceleration, then gradually deceleration after reaching the maximum speed virtually reflects the mutation process of the energy supply mode from the ATP-CP system, the Glycolysis system, then the aerobic met abolizing system. The key to enhancing the performance of athletes in the 400-meter race is utilizing the ability of energy supply of the ATP-CP system in a reasonable way, prolonging the time of Glycolysis system supply energy to the utmos t and debasing the proportion of aerobic supply energy so that the 400-meter race can really become an event of anaerobic supply energy.
