【Abstract】 The Ming dynasty is the one when the centralization of state power reached its extreme. In the early Ming dynasty,the construction of the leagal system served the ruler’s purpose of enforcing the imperial power and consolidating the reign. This scheme of legal system promoted the society’s development,however,it underlied the crisis that Chinese feudal society had tended towards the decline,as well as . This thesis introduces the material system schemes and their implement in the fields of adminstrative law,criminal law and economic law .
