【摘要】 介绍了知识管理的基本概念,XML技术的特点。把XML技术引入到知识管理系统中,构建了一个基于XML的知识管理系统,介绍了它所提供的内容管理、工作流协同、决策支持等功能,并分析了基于XML技术的知识管理系统在文档格式、文档的内容与表现形式、信息搜索、知识传输等方面的新特点。最后,重点介绍了该知识管理系统关键部分的设计,对系统中的多文档转换接口以及决策支持的工作原理和设计实现要点做了分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 The concept of knowledge management and the feature of XML technology are introduced in this paper. At the same time it brings the XML technology into the knowledge management system and builds a knowledge management system of enterprise. The functions of XML based knowledge management system are introduced, and its new features are also analyzed. Finally, the design of its key parts, the conversion interface of different documents and the working principle of XML-based knowledge management system in Decision Support, are introduced in this paper.更多还原
