硫酸氢钠催化合成邻苯二甲酸二环己酯

【摘要】 研究了邻苯二甲酸酐和环己醇在硫酸氢钠催化下的反应。考查了催化剂用量、反应时间、酸醇物质的量的比及带水剂用量对反应的影响。结果表明 :当邻苯二甲酸酐为 0 2mol,环己醇为 0 5 6mol,催化剂硫酸氢钠为 1 6g ,反应时间为 5h ,二甲苯带水剂为 40mL时 ,邻苯二甲酸二环己酯的收率为88 6% ,产品熔点为 63~ 65℃。通过元素分析、红外光谱分析、核磁氢谱对产品进行了结构表征。该催化剂具有催化效果好 ,使用量少 ,酯化率高 ,环境污染小 ,价格低廉易得等特点。

【Abstract】 Esterification of phthalic anhydride with cyclohexanol catalyzed by sodium hydrogen sulfate was investigated. The effects of catalyst amount, reaction time, molar ratio of between phthalic anhydride and cyclohexanol, and amount of deaquation reagent on the reaction were studied. The results show that when phthalic anhydride was 0.2 mol, cyclohexanol was 0.56 mol, catalyst amount was 1.6 g, reaction time was 5 h, and amount of deaquation reagent was 40 mL under reflux, yield of Dicyclohexyl Phthalate can be up to 88.6%. Melting point of the product is 63~65 ℃. Elemental analysis, IR and 1HNMR characterized the structure of the product. Sodium hydrogen sulfate is a highly active catalyst for this reaction. Less catalyst is required with little waste discharge, and esterification yield is high.
