【Abstract】 Zhongguancun High-tech Area has developed rapidly, so has the venture-investment industry that is closely related with the rapid growth of high technologies. However, there are many practical problems in the development such as single fund source, small-sized capital, few talents, underdevelopment brokerage service agencies, incomplete capital withdrawal mechanism, much government interference and outdated legal system. This article proposes some suggestions on the said problems, aiming to promote the development of the venture-investment in Zhongguancun Area and therefore build a favorable financing channel and development environment for Hi-tech industry.更多还原
