【Abstract】 The bottleneck for the development of Chinese minor enterprises is insufficient funds. But the existing traditional financial channels cannot meet the demand of enterprise expansion. Therefore, it is extremely urgent for Chinese minor enterprises to open new financial channels. Due to its own features and advantages, financial lease can help those enterprises out. This article starts from the present situation of minor enterprises and then focuses on the function of financial lease on Chinese minor enterprises.
