【Abstract】 The government contributes to the construction of the ecosystem barrier project in China now as the only investor. The shortage of the fund restricts the deep development of the ecosystem barrier project. So it is very important to make a deep research on the investment and financing of the ecosystem barrier project, to open up the new fund sources with innovation in both theory and practice, and to streamline the fund channel of the ecosystem barrier project.
