【摘要】 为评价尿微量白蛋白与Ⅳ型胶原对 2型糖尿病患者肾功能早期损伤的诊断价值 ,取正常人 30名与 16 5例2型糖尿病患者 2 4小时的尿液 ,采用放射免疫法 (RIA) ,同时测定尿微量白蛋白和Ⅳ型胶原 (浓缩法 )。结果显示 :(1)正常组 2 4h尿微量白蛋白为 6 .4 5± 2 .0 4mg/ 2 4h ,尿Ⅳ型胶原为 86 .6 8± 11.98μg/L。 (2 )根据 2型糖尿病患者 2 4h尿微量白蛋白含量分为两组 ,A组 130例 ,尿微量白蛋白大于或等于 30mg/ 2 4h ,尿Ⅳ型胶原为 12 0 .0 3± 34.0 2 μg/L ;B组 35例 ,尿微量白蛋白小于 30mg/ 2 4h ,尿Ⅳ型胶原为 97.14± 2 4 .93μg/L。结论 :2型糖尿病患者在尿微量白蛋白还未超过正常上限时 ,已经有部分人尿Ⅳ型胶原升高 ,说明尿Ⅳ型胶原比尿微量白蛋白更能体现 2型糖尿病患者肾功能早期损伤。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to evaluate the diagnostic value of combinative determination of urinary trace albumin(Alb) and urinary type Ⅳ collagen(C-Ⅳ) for early damage of renal function in type 2 diabetics, 24-hr urine was collected each from 30 normal subjects and 165 type 2 diabetics, and RIA was carried out to determine simultaneously Alb and C-Ⅳ(concentration method).The results showed: (1)the content of Alb in 24-hr urine of normal subjects was 6.45±2.04mg/24hrs,and that of C-Ⅳ was 86.68±11.98μg/L;(2)The type 2 diabetics were divided into A and B groups according to their Alb content in 24-hr urine.In group A(n=130) the Alb content was ≥30mg/24 hrs and their C-Ⅳ was 120.03±34.02μg/L,whereas in group B(n=35) the corresponding values were<30mg/24 hrs and 97.14±24.93μg/L, respectively.Conclusion: When the Alb content of type 2 diabetics is still within the normal upper limit, the level of C-Ⅳ has already been elevated in part of them, indicating C-Ⅳ level can be more able to reflect early damage of renal function in type 2 diabetics than Alb content does.更多还原
