【Abstract】 Enzyme immunoassay kit for the detection of anti-HAV IgM in human serum was improved for detecting HAV antigen (HAV-Ag). After modulating the sensitivity through HAV-Ag standard reagent, the improved anti-HAV IgM diagnostic kit was used to detect HAV-Ag. The results between routine detection method and rapid detection method were to select a appropriate one to detect HAV-Ag for live attenuated HAV vaccine preparation.The result showed that after modulating the sensitivity the anti-HAV IgM diagnostic kit was fully acceptable to be used for HAV-Ag detection.The anti-HAV IgM diagnostic kit may correctly evaluate the HAV-Ag titer, and infectivity titer, and may be used to detecting HAV vaccine.更多还原
