【摘要】 本文应用重组人瘦素 (leptin ,LPT)制备兔抗人LPT抗血清 ,以间接碘标记法制备标记抗原1 2 5I -LPT建立了LPT的放射免疫测定法 (LPT -RIA)。采集了部分临床标本与正常人进行对照 ,以t检验进行显著性检验。由于减少了直接碘化标记对于LPT的损伤 ,本文中LPT的RIA方法学的各项考核指标均较好 ,能满足临床工作的需求。结果也提示循环血中的LPT水平对于甲状腺系统功能的稳定 ,以及维持人体能量代谢的平衡有十分重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rabbit anti-LPT antibody was prepared by immunizing rabbits with recombinant LPT(rh-LPT)in our laboratory. 125 I-LPT was prepared by the indirect iodination method. RIA for LPT was developed in clinic, we also collected some clinical samples to compare with some normal individuals. The test specifications of RIA for LPT could satisfy the clinical needs for reducing the harm of direct iodination to LPT.LPT circulation in blood was very important in maintaining the stabilization of thyroid system and energy metabolism in human body.更多还原
