径向槽对锯片热变形和振动特性的影响

【摘要】 该文应用模拟加热和高速回转激振测量锯片变形的方法 ,定量分析了径向槽对锯片性能的综合影响 .在实验室条件下 ,对各种不同结构、数量的开槽木工锯片的热压曲变形量和振动性质进行了详尽地测量和分析 .结果表明 :径向槽的槽数和长度对锯片热压曲变形量和振动性质影响最为明显 .在本实验条件下 ,槽数量多、长度大锯片的热压曲变形量小 .5个槽和槽长度 35mm锯片的振幅最小 .锯片转速在 2 0 0 0~ 30 0 0r min范围之内 ,锯片的振幅最小 ,转速超过 35 0 0r min或 4 0 0 0r min后 ,部分锯片的振幅骤增 ,发生共振 .

【Abstract】 The effects of slots on the characteristics of circular saws were analyzed quantitatively in this paper. The thermal deflection of saw blades with different number and length of slots was measured,and the vibration behaviors of saw blades with different number, length and width of slots were also measured and analyzed. The results show that the number and length of slots influence the thermal deflection and the vibration behaviors of saw blades, the thermal deflection decreases with the increase of the number and length of the slots, and the amplitude of saw blade with 5 slots and 35 mm of the slot length is the lowest in this experiment. The amplitude of the saw blades is the lowest in 2 000~3 000 r/min of the rotational speed and the amplitude of some saw blades increases markedly when the rotate speed exceeds 3 500 r/min or 4 000 r/min.
