【摘要】 为使目前我国使用的草坪草种主要依靠引进国外草种 ,以及由此而导致的引进种在生物学方面对当地生境不适应性和出现生态学问题的局面得以扭转 ,该文对国内外有关结缕草遗传多样性的研究概况和方法进行了系统的收集和论述 .分析发现 ,对结缕草在生态学、形态学、生理学、种子学和种质资源等方面进行了不同程度的研究 ,但缺乏系统性和深入性 ,特别是在遗传多样性方面的研究较少 .因此 ,建议加强对结缕草遗传多样性的基础理论研究 ,确定种质中心 ,从而有效地保护利用种质资源和选育新品种更多还原

【Abstract】 Turfgrass seeds used in China are mainly imported from foreign countries , which easily leads to biological inadaptability of these introduced varieties as well as some ecological problems. Accordingly, it is urgent to develop and utilize domestic turfgrass varieties .In this article the authors systematically describe the research and method on genetic diversity of Zoysia japonica Steud. in China as well as in other countries .In order to perfect researches of Zoysia japonica Steud. on ecology, morphology ,physiology and germplasm resources ,especially on genetic diversity and to exploid new breeds, it is urgent for the development of Chinese turf to strengthen the theoretical research on Zoysia japonica Steud. and bread domestic turfgrass.更多还原
