【摘要】 个性化信息服务是当前图书馆提高服务水平和用户满意度的重要方面。文中探讨了实现个性化信息服务的具体措施与途径 ,即图书馆针对使用者个体的兴趣、爱好、专业知识背景等 ,建立读者信息库和特色资源库 ;借助网络 ,实现“信息推送服务”、“信息快速传递服务”和“我的图书馆”等多层次、多渠道的个性化信息服务 ,以满足不同层次读者的需求更多还原

【Abstract】 Individualized information service is an important aspect of libraries in which the library improves the service level and user’s satisfaction at present. The author probes the detailed ways to realize individualized information service in the article. The library should aim at the individual’s interest and the hobby of the user, and the background of the professional knowledge,etc.,set up reader’s information database and characteristic resources database,through the network realize multi-level, multi channel individualized information services, the “information pass service”,the “ information transmit and serve fast” and the “my library”,etc.,in order to meet readers’ different demands.更多还原
