【Abstract】 By analyzing existing condition of offices of university affairs and requirement of reform at institutions of higher learning on administration, it proposes a framework of knowledge management for offices of university affairs while they are trying to turn information into knowledge, share it and form efficiently stimulating mechanism.更多还原
