建设应用性大学,学报应做些什么
What Journals Should Do for Building Applied Oriented University
【摘要】 高校学报的基本性质是"学术理论刊物",基本功能是"反映本校科研和教学成果"。主办学校的办学宗旨、办学定位规定了学报的具有特殊要求的办刊宗旨、编辑方针,尤其是学报定位和特色。北京联合大学提出"建设应用性大学"的办学宗旨,《北京联合大学学报》应按照学校的发展思路,以建设应用性大学为办刊理念,把学报的发展融入到学校的整体发展中去。
【Abstract】 Journals of colleges and universities are of scientific and theoretical nature. They are expected to reflect achievements in scientific research and teaching of a university. The objective and positioning in running a school has determined the aim and editing guiding principle, especially the positioning and characteristics of academic magazines. Beijing Union University defines "building applied oriented university" as its guidelines, so the journal of BUU should follow its development, with "building applied oriented university" as the guiding principle in managing its journal.
