SiO2/聚酰胺-6复合材料的制备与性能
Preparation and Properties of SiO2/PA6 Composites
【摘要】 探索聚酰胺胺(PAMAM)树形分子在复合材料体系中作无机粒子表面处理剂的应用。用PAMAM树形分子对沉淀白碳黑进行表面处理,并制备SiO2/PA6复合材料;用TEM、WD-300电子万能试验机、HAKKE平板流变仪等研究了PAMAM的分子代数、用量对SiO2/PA6复合材料的微观结构、力学性能及流变性能的影响。结果表明,PAMAM树形分子能有效改善沉淀白碳黑在基质中的分散状态,提高沉淀白碳黑的增强效果,并改善复合体系的流变性能。
【Abstract】 The application of poly(amidoamine)(PAMAM) dendrimer as a surface treatment agent of inorganic particle was discussed. The micro-structure,mechanical properties and rheological properties of SiO2/ PA6 composites with SiO2 treated by different PAMAM generations and different PAMAM contents were investigated. It was shown that the dispersing condition of SiO2 treated by PAMAM was improved obviously, the reinforcing action of SiO2 was enhanced, and the rheological properties of SiO2/PAMAM/PA6 composites were also improved.
