供应链库存控制策略的进化仿真
Evolution Simulation for the Stock Policy of Supply Chains
【摘要】 为优化供应链系统库存控制策略,研究了面向实体的供应链系统动态运转的仿真模型,分析了供应链系统构成实体的属性、活动、事件和状态转移的处理方法;运用遗传算法,研究了供应链系统库存控制策略的进化仿真方法.将模型和遗传算法相结合,采用Delphi软件开发工具,研制出供应链系统库存控制策略的进化仿真软件.采用日利润作为优化目标,进行示例分析计算,进化仿真得到的结果较传统方法计算结果提高效益10.2%.
【Abstract】 With an aim of optimizing the stock policy of supply chain system, the paper studies the entities-oriented simulation model of a dynamic supply chain system, and analyzes the properties, actions, events, and methods of entity state transition. It studies the evolution simulation method for the stock policy of the supply chain system by adopting a genetic algorithm. Combining the simulation model and genetic algorithm, the evolution simulation program for the stock policy of supply chain system is developed with the Delphi software developing tool. Selecting average profit of each day as the optimization goal, an example was analyzed and computed. The example showed that the result gained from the evolution simulation method increased the profit by 10.2% when compared with the traditional method.
