【摘要】 目的 :比较安氏Ⅱ1错畸形非拔牙矫治和拔牙矫治的牙矫治效果。方法 :测量 5 4例矫治完成的安氏Ⅱ1错患者PAR指数 ,并进行比较。结果 :安氏Ⅱ1拔牙组治疗前的总PAR指数大于非拔牙组 ,PAR指数的各构成项目中 ,牙齿错位、覆盖、中线的PAR指数拔牙组大于非拔牙组 ,有显著性差异 ;两组治疗后PAR指数无明显差异 ;治疗前后PAR减少的百分率中 ,咬合关系项目有统计学意义。结论 :拔牙病例的错较非拔牙病例复杂 ,主要表现在牙齿错位、覆盖、中线不调方面 ;只要设计合理 ,技术运用得当 ,拔牙和非拔牙均能获得良好的矫治效果 ,但拔牙矫治更利于咬合关系的调整。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To assess the outcome of orthodontic treatment for Class Ⅱ division Ⅰ malocclusion using the Peer Assessment Rating (PAR) Index and to investigate whether nonextraction or extraction treatment influences the dento-occlusal relationship in class Ⅱ division Ⅰ malocclusion. Methods: Fifty-four cases were evaluated.Pre-treatment and post-treatment study casts were assessed by the Peer Assessment Rating (PAR) Index. Results:[WT5”BZ]The extraction group had significantly higher initial PAR scores,with greater initial dental displacement,centerline and greater initial overjet.The percentage reduction in occlusion scores was significantly different between the two groups.Although significantly different before treatment,both groups were statistically identical after treatment. Conclusion: The extraction cases showed more severe dental displacement,centerline and overjet.Both nonextraction and extraction treatment can acquire successful results.But extraction treatment is more efficient in correcting dento-occlusal abnormality.更多还原
