【摘要】 目的 :评价螺旋藻在癌症发生起始和促进阶段的防癌、抗癌作用。方法 :采用经典的DMBA/巴豆油诱导小鼠皮肤乳头状瘤形成的 2阶段致癌模型 ,观察和评价螺旋藻在不同阶段的抗化学致癌作用。结果 :螺旋藻对DMBA/巴豆油诱发的小鼠皮肤乳头状瘤的形成在始发阶段和促癌阶段均有明显抑制作用 ,并可推迟小鼠皮肤乳头状瘤的发生。结论 :螺旋藻具有较强的癌症化学预防作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the anti-carcinogeneic effects of spirulina platensis in initiation and promotion stage of carcinogenesis.Methods:The mouse skin papilloma model induced by 7,12-dimethylbenz(a)anthraene(DMBA)/croton oil was established,which was a classical two-stage cancer model,to observe and evaluate the anti-carcinogeneic activity of spirulina platensis.Results:Oral administration of spirulina platensis could prolong latent period of tumor occurrence,decrease the incidence of papilloma and reduce tumor number in dose-dependent manner.Conclusion:Spirulina platensis can significantly inhibit the mouse skin papilloma formation and is an effective agent for cancer chemoprevention.更多还原
