试论美国提升公司信用水平的法律对策
On Laws and Regulations That Improve Credit of Corporations in America
【摘要】 美国成为市场经济发达国家的重要原因之一是 ,不断完善提升公司信用水平的法律对策 ,规范公司行为。本文通过论述美国提升公司信用水平的法律对策 ,旨在为我国完善公司信用法律制度提供借鉴作用。
【Abstract】 One of the reasons that America has become developed country depends on laws and regulations that improve credit of corporations .We may find some useful things that could improve the credit of corporationsin China through the discussing in this article.
