【Abstract】 Scientific literacy is the goal of science education reform and the key to the improvement of the quality of science education, for which there are no unified Standards. This paper tries to describe the development of scientific literacy in the history and identifies the reasons for the indetermination of its conception. It inquires the laws of its conceptual development. It believes that the plural understanding of the concepts of scientific literacy is necessary and reasonable.更多还原
