【Abstract】 This paper elaborates some experiences of the University of California System in the USA, which mainly includes fund-raising, management, investment and revenue. It focuses on its three kinds of investment, General Endowment Pool(GEP), High Income Pool (HIP) and Short-Term Investment Pool (STIP) . Then the author puts forward several suggestions on the management of endowments and donations for the universities in China.更多还原
