【Abstract】 Villager’s autonomy is great achievement of Chinese socialist political construction of democracy.Since law of Organization of Villager’s Committee was officially issued.But no villager was glad to be elected village officer in the impoverished village,the result of which is that the self-government becomes a mere skeleton.The core of theissue is that the relation between the villager committee and basic level government is adjusted well.Improving village officer integrated quality and income are the necessary ways to make the village committee the real organization of sefe-government in impoverished village.更多还原
