论诚信在振兴东北老工业基地中的作用

【摘要】 在向市场经济转轨过程中 ,诚信缺失已经成为制约我国市场经济健康发展的障碍 ,振兴东北老工业基地重新构建市场经济的诚信伦理已经成为当务之急。为此 ,必须形成有效的博弈规则和法律法规 ,加强诚信道德教育
【Abstract】 In the course of market economy transformation,the lack of credit is an obstacle to progress of market economy.It is the urgent affairs to reconstruct the honest virtue of market economy in reinvigorating northeast old industry base.
