氢氧化铝的化学改性研究
Chemical modification of aluminium hydroxide
【摘要】 将由二氧化碳碳化分解偏铝酸钠溶液得到的氢氧化铝在高温高压下 ,加入特定无卤改性剂进行化学改性 ,得到物质X。通过TG ,TEM ,XRD ,FTIR等手段对其热学性能、形貌、晶型、改性机理等进行分析和表征。可以得知 :此物质X是一种新的化学物质 ,它是氢氧化铝被化学改性的产物 ,呈菱形片状 ,厚度在 80~ 1 0 0nm之间 ,其热分解温度达到 340℃以上 ,失质量率在 5 0 %左右 ,分解热为 2 35 2 5kJ/kg ;发生化学改性的主要原因是铝原子是缺电子原子 ,而改性剂氧原子具有孤电子对 ,二者易发生配位
【Abstract】 Sodium aluminate was carbonated by CO 2 in a stirred tank reactor to form aluminium hydroxide, which was subsequently chemically modified with a special non halogen modifier under a high temperature and pressure to yield a substance X. By means of TG, TEM, XRD and FTIR, it is found that the substance X is a new flat rhombic substance whose decomposition temperature is higher than 340?℃, weight loss approximately 50%,and enthalpy of thermal decomposition 2?352 5?kJ/kg. The main mechanism of the modification is coordination effect of aluminium atom with empty p orbits and oxygen atom with isolated pairs of electrons in the modifier.
