头孢拉定微粉化的研究

【摘要】 采用反应结晶法进行了头孢拉定微粉化实验。考察了头孢拉定的浓度、溶液与溶剂的比例、搅拌转速等因素对微粉化过程的影响。通过实验得到适宜的微粉化条件是 :溶液中头孢拉定的质量浓度为 0 2 0~ 0 2 5 g/mL ,溶液与溶剂比为 1∶3,电机转速一般定为 6 0 0~ 80 0r/min ,超声功率范围 2 0 0~ 32 0W ,对微粉化后粉体进行了扫描电镜和XRD分析。结果表明制得的头孢拉定微粉粒度分布在 2~ 5 μm ,而且晶型没有改变。溶解时间测试实验显示出头孢拉定微粉比工业产品优越

【Abstract】 Cephradine is sparing soluble in aqueous media and its application is often limited by the dissolution. In this work, the method of reactive precipitation was proposed to obtain micronized cephradine. The factors were studied which included the concentration, ratio of solution to solvent, the agitation condition, etc. The optimum parameters are that the concentration of cephradine solution is 0 20~0 25?g/mL, the ratio 1∶3, the agitation speed 600~800?r/min and the range of supersonic power 200~320?W. The techniques including XRD and SEM were used to analyse the unmicronized and the micronized drugs. The results show that the distribution of particle size is about 2~5?μm and the crystal type of the micronized drug is the same as that of the unmicronized drug. The arginine experiment shows the advantage of the micronized drug.
