用虚拟样机技术分析双质体振动在筛分设备中的应用

【摘要】 文中通过采用虚拟样机技术中ADAMS软件建立双质体振动筛模型 ,并对模型进行分析 ,结合对自制振动筛的试验结果 ,验证了上下质体的振动参数存在差异的特点和规律 ,改进了振动筛筛网的安装结构 ,将筛网的两端分别连接在上下质体上 ,使得筛网做复合运动 ,从而提高了筛分效率

【Abstract】 ADAMS software, a Virtual Product Development tool, was used to build a vibration model of a double mass system. The characteristics and rules of the double mass system were tested with experiments. The result is that there is a deferment between the upper and lower part body, and the configuration of the vibrating screen was improved, i.e. the screen was connected to the upper and lower bodies so the screen could do a compound motion. As a result, the filtering efficiency is enhanced.
