新型烯丙基苯并噁嗪的合成及其固化过程的研究
Synthesis of novel allyl-containing benzoxazines and their thermal properties
【摘要】 采用联苯二酚和双酚A分别制备了两种含有反应性烯丙基基团的新型苯并嗪单体 :二 (N 烯丙基 4 二氢 1 ,3,2 苯并嗪 )和 (2 ,2’ (N 烯丙基 ) 4 二氢 1 ,3,2 苯并嗪 ) 丙烷 ,采用核磁、红外以及元素分析对产物的结构与组成进行了分析 ;采用分段固化的方法研究了DBA单体的热固化行为 ;研究并比较了由这两种单体所得聚合物的动态力学性能以及耐热性能
【Abstract】 Two novel allyl containing benzoxazine monomers bi(N allyl 4 dihydro 1,3,2 benzoxazine) and (2,2,(N allyl) 4 dihydro 1,3,2 benzoxazine) propane were synthesized using 4,4, dihydroxyl biphenyl and bisphenol A. Their structures and compositions were analyzed by NMR, FTIR and elemental analysis. The cure behavior of monomer DBA was investigated via a stepwise cure process. And the thermodynamic properties and heat resistance of the thermal polymers prepared from these two monomers were also studied.
