超临界流体萃取在陶瓷脱脂技术中的应用

【摘要】 文中介绍了超临界流体萃取技术在材料科学方面的应用———超临界流体萃取脱脂的实验装置流程 ,详细地分析了实验条件对超临界流体萃取脱脂的影响。研究表明 ,在萃取压力 30MPa、温度 331K萃取 1 2 0min后脱脂率可达到 75 % ;萃取温度 338K ,压力 30MPa萃取 1 2 0min后脱脂率可高达 94 1 %。该法克服了传统热脱脂方式易变形、开裂的缺陷 ,并且萃取效率高、操作时间短

【Abstract】 Extraction of binder from green ceramic bodies by supercritical carbon dioxide was studied. In this study, the extraction temperature beyond and below the melting point of the additives, extraction pressure and extraction time were changed. The efficiency of debinding was indicated by the weightlessness percent of the additives. The impact of the operating conditions was inspected. At the operation conditions of 30?MPa and 331?K, after 120?min, the extraction rate can achieve 75%. With the extraction pressure of 30?MPa, extraction temperature of 338?K and extraction time of 120?min, the percent of weight loss achieve 94 1%. The advantages of supercritical debinding is the organic compounds removed at low temperature, and no defects in ceramic green bodies caused compared with the classical thermal debinding.
