【摘要】 网络的拓扑结构对于网络管理系统必不可少 ,将复杂的网络拓扑结构可视化是迅速掌握网络拓扑结构的高效方法 .针对这个问题提出了一个适合中小规模网络拓扑显示的可视化方法 ,该方法的特点是以分层的方式来进行网络拓扑的显示 ,主要设备和次要设备分属于不同的显示层次 ;并且主要设备又按照自顶向下的层次化结构显示 ,使得整个拓扑清晰、明了 ;同时对于已显示的拓扑允许网络管理员灵活地改变显示位置 .详细阐述了该方法的主要思想以及实现过程中用到的关键技术 .更多还原

【Abstract】 The network topology discovery is indispensable for a network management system.Visualizing the topology of complex network systems is an efficient way to grasp the topological structure of the network quickly.A new visualization method,which applies to the display of the topology of middle or small scale network,was proposed.It visualized the topology based on hierarchical structure with the major devices being separated from the minor devices in the different hierarchy.The major devices were hierarchically displayed on screen from top to bottom.This method also allowed the administrator to change the layout of the topology display flexibly.The basic concept and important techniques in implementing the method were presented.更多还原
